NOTICE OF 1ST QUARTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, Notice hereby given in accordance with the

Association's Governing Documents and the Condominium Act Chapter 718. The Board of Directors of Town Apartments, Inc., No 10, will hold a Meeting at the following date, time and place:

Date: Thursday, February 12, 2026 Time: 10:30am

Place: Recreation Hall Meeting Room

1900 61^st Avenue North  St. Petersburg, FL 33714

Meeting will open with the Flag Salute and a moment of silence for all residents who are ill, those who have passed and our service men and women.

Open Discussion on Agenda Items Only (3 minutes per person – No cross talking-total time allotted for Open Discussion is 15 minutes)

1.  Establish a Quorum is present (Roll Call of Board Members)

2.  Approve last meetings minutes.

•      President’s Report

•      Treasurer’s Report

4.    Open Discussion

5.    OLD BUSINESS

•      Replace gutters over buildings or stairwells only

•      Seek a new lawyer to represent Condo Association #10

•      R building laundry room floor – paint or leave as is

•      Painting – review estimates-what can we afford

•      Asphalt repair to fill in cracks that have occurred

6.    NEW BUSINESS

•      Increase Board of Directors to seven (7) owners from current five(5) members

•      Security Cameras

•      Medical documentation for Caretakers – same as for pets

•      Flags hanging in rear of buildings blocking clear view of intersection

•      Limit weight of dogs allowed to live in this association

•      Doors gifted to us. Replace laundry room doors.
